Synopsis
The relationship between the late president Gamal Abdel Nasser and his friend General and Minister of Defense Abdel Hakim Amer has always been complicated which sparked lots of rumors about it. The series tracks their friendship since the time of being college mates at the Military Academy then hitting together the highest ranks of power after the Free Officers Movement in 1952, until the War of Attrition in 1967. Sadeq El Omr also depicts the love story of General Abdel Hakim Amer and Egyptian Actress Berlanti Abdel Hamid (Dorra Zarrouk) until they get married.
