iProductions revealed the exclusive photos of their film Gunshot, after the company's Managing Director, Ahmed Fahmy, announced that filming has wrapped and they've now moved on to the post-production stage. In the photos, Ahmed Al Fishawy appears alongside Ruby in a scene that takes place in a simple coffee shop, while the second photo features Al Fishawy dressed as a medical examiner as he examines a cadaver in the morgue.
The film's director, Karim El Shenawy, is currently in the editing room working on the final cut. Fahmy still hasn't picked out a specific release date. Co-produced by Film Clinic (Mohamed Hefzy), Gunshot stars Ahmad Al Fishawy, Ruby, Mohamed Mamdouh, Arfa Abdel Rassoul, and Asmaa Aboul El Yazeed along with guest stars Ahmed Malek, Hana Shiha, Bayoumi Fouad, Ahmed Kamal, and Safaa El-Toukhi.
Gunshot is written by Haitham Dabbour and directed by Karim El Shenawy in his debut feature film after many award-winning short films. El Shenawy also worked as a first assistant director on many feature films, including Clash and Nawara. Gunshot follows a mysterious murder that connects the destinies of the protagonists and changes their beliefs about the concept of truth.
Gunshot's advance poster was released at the Dubai International Film Festival (DIFF). The film's crew includes DOP Abdelsalam Moussa, Costume Designer Nahed Nasrallah, Production Designer Ali Hossam Ali and Technical Producer Ahmed Youssef.
